During a trip to Florida in late February, my wife and I discussed the merits of selling our trailer and purchasing a more substantial residence. We had watched the property values grow over the last 20 years and with the current interest rates decided now was the correct time to make our move. During those 20 years, we had looked at Gulf Coast property from Sarasota to Marco Island. We liked the Punta Gorda area as our first choice. To make a long story short, we purchased a waterfront condominium from John Dibble within days after first meeting with him.
